    Hi

    Our agents are working from home via VPN and we have an facing with Sip Phones every time agent is idle for 5 mins SSP need to reprovision to make or receiving calls.

    Note: If agents are not idle and receiving calls one after another there is no issue. only if agent is idle for 5 min then only we are facing an issue.

    HI Mohammed,

    I am guess the error you are getting is the Host isn't reachable when this happens and you go through the provisioning process to get it reconnected. If that is the casei would look at the VPN, sounds like possibly an Idle Timeout setting on the VPN.

    If the VPN tunnel drops traffic, but keeps the session then your SIP Sofphone would not be able to connect. Going through the reprovisioning process might trigger the VPN to come back out of its idle state
