  • 1.  ICBM Reporter - Save FIlter

    Hi All,

    does anybody know the location that ICBM stores filters when you  use the Save filter button? I have a report stating when he clicks load filter nothing is showing. Is this something saved in the profile XML or is there a physical location that its stored?

    Hi Scott - In our instance, that data is saved in the Settings.xml located on the primary/backup production servers in the following path:

    App > I3 > IC > ClientSettings > [UserName] > PersonalStorage > ApplicationSettings > ICBusinessManager.zip

    Your exact path may vary but this should get you in the vicinity...
