IVR Menu Repetition Repeat grayed out

    Hi All,

    I am having a strange issue. It seems when i am build out profile in the IVR that when i add a Menu Option, the Number of times to repeat this prompt is grayed out and set to 3. I have tried go into Fax option and unchecked the Fax Listener, i have saved and exited. I have made sure there is an audio file attached...nothing seems to ungray that option.


      I have open a trouble ticket, but this is urgent and we know how quickly Support is. I am hoping somebody has come across this and can help as this suddenly was requested and needs to be in place tomorrow and right now they will get a repeat of the message 3 times before moving on.
