Interaction Connect Client Application freeze and logouts on Refresh

    Hi

    One of our customers facing an issue with the Interaction connect web client application.

    After a while, the client application freezes and when the agent refresh the browser they are logged out of Genesys system and they have to re-login again to Interaction connect client application by providing user credentials

    Please let me know if this is a known  issue and what could be a solution to it

    I have had same issue.  Did you ever find resolution to your issue?

    Hello Lisa

    We found out that the issue was because of DNS .You can download logs from Interaction connect and check for the errors
