One of our customers facing an issue with the Interaction connect web client application.
After a while, the client application freezes and when the agent refresh the browser they are logged out of Genesys system and they have to re-login again to Interaction connect client application by providing user credentials
Please let me know if this is a known issue and what could be a solution to it
