    Hello,
We are Playing Property Address in Outbound Attendant for one of the Dialer Campaign.
Address is passed on Contact List in One Field as : 1456 Windcrest Dr, Dallas Tx 75266. Outbound Attendant is Playing this Address TTS as:
one Thousand  four hundreds six,  Windcrest DR, Dallas tx seventy Five Thousand two hundred sixty six.

If anyone is Using the Address Customization can You please Guide on how we can Play address as a Postal Address rather than Plain Text?

    Appreciate your help.

    Thanks

    Hi Anagha,

you need to break that address into 2 part. one where number are present and one where only texts is present.
Then you need to use the tool to play number prompt and make it to play digit by digit and stich that with TTS for text address.
    Hope this helps

    Thank You Halesha,
Yes Thats an Option if there is no way to play the address variable as an Address. Although We can Break the Zip, its going to be an issue to Break the Number apart from street address.

I was Looking for an Recommendation where system can Play it as an Address. I have seen some documentation regarding TTS but its very unclear on how to use.

    Hi Anagha,

You can use the tool "Play String Extended" in designer to play it as address . use the below configuration.

Text: "<say-as interpret-as="address">555 Main St.  Atlanta, GA </say-as>"

    Optional Parameters : "i3tts.content.type: application/ssml+xml"
