  • 1.  Email and web chat configuration

    Hi,

    I need to  enable Exchange  Email & Web Chat for  one   of  my customers, and  it  is  my first  time  to work on those channels.

    I would  be very thankful If some  one  can tell me how to configure those channels on interaction administrator and interaction connect and what  are  the requirements  from the customer.

    you may find details in Resource center.

    for Email channel configuration, you have it in Installation and configuration guide, please find appropriate part considering email server that your customer is using

    Mail System

     
    For Web Chat you should review details for Web Tools / Application

     IWeb Overview
