  • 1.  Custom chat cros error

    Hi all,

    I am currently working on the custom web chat where I want to show estimated queue wait time dynamically to customers for a chat. In that, I'm using web tools API. So I found an API that is Query Queue API ( page 15) in web tools documentation( 
    https://help.genesys.com/cic/mergedProjects/wh_tr/desktop/pdfs/Web_Tools_DG.pdf ).

    I also checked the Query Queue API in postman, I got a successful response.

    However, by using this API in my code as per the same approach mentioned in the web tools documentation, I get a failure response and cors error (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS/Errors) in the browser.

    I got a successful response when I am using a cors extension in the browser. 
    I don't know what wrong with my code. Can anyone help me in this out?
