  • 1.  Interaction Recorder - Events Indicators

    Hello everyone. I have a problem with Interaction Recorder. The event indicator does not match with respect to the offset start and end times for the hold event and call transfer. Is there a margin of error in the times for the event indicator? The event has no impact on the operation or on the recordings.

    Yes, there will be some margin or error.   The timelines are  fusion of data from different source that we try to resolve as best as possible but some scenarios will create some drift in the timeline.     What version was this done with?

    There are some improvements made in 2020R versions with the last change released in 2020R3.  Some of the improvements apply to old and new recording and some changes are only for new recordings.
