I can't think of a clean way to do it, but there is a table in the database, "AgentQueueActivationHist" that shows the activation history for each agent. My biggest concern though, is that agent activations can change from minute to minute, depending on who all is doing the activations. So an agent may be activated in a workgroup for just a few seconds, or a few days.
