One of our clients recently mentioned that they would prefer to have call logs showing time from their local time zone. The servers are physically located in Eastern Time, there CIC has only one Location defined (default location) which has Time Zone set to ET. The Client would prefer to see times in Mountain Time.
How difficult would be to change it? Is it just going to Administrator->Regionalization->Locations->Properties->Time Zone and changing it to Mountain Time, or would this be more complicated?
The desired result is to have the Call Logs showing Mountain Time; if this would result in stats reports showing Mountain Time then all the better.
