  • 1.  Custom Inbound Scripts for Interaction Connect?

    I'm evaluating whether Interaction Connect will handle custom Inbound and Outbound scripts (custom scripts hosted on a web server).

    I see indications that it works with outbound campaigns, but I don't see how to get it to work with an inbound script.

    In Interaction Scripter, we currently use the "autoload" command line parameter, but I'm not sure how to go about doing this sort of thing with Interaction Connect or whether it's even possible. 

    Does Interaction Connect support inbound custom scripts? How would I go about pointing to a particular custom script and making it show up  on a tab?

    The short answer is, currently, "No".   While there are events within the scripter framework that allow you to react to call events, they are very unreliable.  We recently implemented a custom add-In using ICWS for inbound scripts and used the dialer scripter framework for outbound scripts.
