  • 1.  Intraday Monitoring - Time (interval) column

    ​Hello, how would one modify the intervals within the intraday monitoring view?

    For all but one scheduling unit, it is set at 30 minutes but for one of the units, it is set at 15 minutes. How can I change the 15 minute display to 30 minute?

    George,

    I believe you are referring to the statistic period within ICBM. The statistic period is controlled per queue in the ACD tab within the queue in Interaction Administrator. On the left side you will see Statistics, select that and you should see the Call Statistics Statistical Period. You will want to change your one queue from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
