Cannot Provision SIP Softphone

    We just recently started having an issue with provisioning SIP Softphone. It only seems to be happening on laptops and newly imaged ones. I have tried our standard image that is on our network and one right from scratch (basic install of WIN 10) on a USB drive. Still not able to. When I check the Event Viewer Application Logs, it doesn't give me much information, just that the process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Event ID 1026. When I look it up on Google, it says it's a runtime error, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and I do have 3.5 enabled in the Windows Features. Any help would be great!!!
