  • 1.  Sendcustomnotification failure

    Hello. I have a customer who is getting a failure from sendcustomnotification. They are executing from a cmd window open as administrator and logged in as an icadmin account. When they execute it they get "Notification could not be sent (4)".

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Sean,

    Did you try add servername,username and password into your command? I use following one to send "custom notification to handler" from command line:

    title Send Notification To Handler
    echo create ticket
    D:\I3\IC\Server\SendCustomNotification.exe /N=cic1 /USERNAME=icws1 /PASSWORD=password customSaveTicket customSaveTicketEvent "ReferenceId:aa123","ticketId:13734","actionType:update","categoryId:101","phoneNumber:044 55 66 77 88","stav:102","emailAddress:klient@klient.sk","firstName:Meno klienta","lastName:Priezvisko klienta","note:toto je poznamka, ktoru napisal agent","custom0n:0","custom1n:0","custom2n:0","custom3n:0","custom4n:0","custom5s:null","custom6s:mily","custom7s:null","custom8s:null","custom9s:null"

    Hi Pavel. We only tried with the server name but not the login credentials. I will have them give that a try.
