  • 1.  Unable to Save Roles to User

    I am attempting to assign new roles to a user but the system seemingly is loading (see the blue circle in the middle of the screen shot below) and will not allow me to save. It has been 'attempting to load' for over an hour now. What could be causing this issue? 

    When I select the blue save bottom at the bottom I receive the following message: 
    I really need to be able to update her license today.

    Hey, it looks like you've posted about GenesysCloud in the PureConnect forums.  You may find better answers in the GenesysCloud/PureCloud section.  We have a PureCloud instance from the rapid response program and I had something similar happen with OAuth settings that ended up being performance related.  I'd suggest opening a ticket with Genesys support.
