Change customer name in chat window

    Hi everyone,

    I have a scenario where I need to be able to change the appearence of the Customer name in the chat window. AFTER the chat has started.  The reason for this is that we allow customer so authenticate through the chat, and when they authenticate successfully we get the information with their name and other details.

    I would like to be able to update the name of the customer accordingly in the Webchat dialogue window.  The funny thing is, I can easily change the name of the Agent multiple times using Handlers, but not at any point can I update the customers name :(  Has anyone done anything like this, or has any ides on how to accomplish this, using Handlers, or ICWS?
