  • 1.  Create a custom attribute for disconnect type

My customer has noted some variance in their reporting, and we have discovered a few interactions that appear to have disconnected prior to reaching the agent.
The StatServerWorkgroup log specifically states: Container:Disconnected(): Incrementing nSystemDisconnect as Interaction is not in user Queue.

I need to write this result as a Custom Attribute value into the InteractionCustomAttributes table as one of the customStrings - but not sure from which handler this result would be written to the StatServerWorkgroup log.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you but,

I would get some of the call examples you want to look at and pull IP logs and review them in snap shot to try and see what handlers are in play and then start looking at those and the variables in there and see if you can find that info.

Otherwise opening a case with support to get comments will be your best bet.
