We have recently deployed Interaction Analyzer and the reports seem limited in the ability to group or analyze data.
The Keyword hit report parameters are: Keyword Set Name, Keyword Category Name, Workgroup queue - but there is no option for individual Keywords. I'm looking for insights into specific keywords that may be combined together - similar to how you can search recordings.
I'd be interested to find out how other companies are using the data to get the most insights.
