Hi - I'm trying to determine if there is a way to delete email alerts that have been built in ICBM by other users. We have 2 end users who were supervisors who have since left the company. However, they did not delete ANY of the email alerts that they had created. And now, as a result, the email alerts are clogging up our impersonation inbox, which affects other email processes within PCC.
I have submitted a case for this already, but would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem in the past and what steps you took to resolve it, outside of support engagement.
