Is it possible to grant someone access to approve Time Off Requests and NOT grant them access to make schedule changes?
This is NOT my idea, my director would like to allow associates to request time off in Interaction Desktop, and allow the managers to approve or deny the requests instead of WFM approving or denying them. I've tried going the route of loading time off allowances and balances and just letting them auto-approve, but that option is off the table.
If it's possible, which permissions do they need, i.e., which boxes do I need to check?
