  • 1.  How many calls are drooped over the line

    Dears I was curious how could I see how many calls dropped on the line when its got maximum utilize , I was searching for the data through ICBM and I got empty data in some

    reports and some reports returned a message  "NO Records have been returned " but I'm not sure from this result because I checked the database and I found a lot of records there ,,,,


    so my question how could I see how many calls entered on line , how many dropped , and the time for each interval

    Hi @Mohannad haddad,

    I would utilize ILineStats and ILineGroupStats database tables (those tables log interval statistics for individual lines \ line groups) - db tables documentation/schema: https://help.genesys.com/pureconnect/datadictionary/content/tables/ilinestats.html and https://help.genesys.com/pureconnect/datadictionary/content/tables/ilinegroupstats.html

    Those tables are also used for ICBM Line Summary and Detail report (https://help.genesys.com/pureconnect/mergedprojects/wh_rh/desktop/line_summary_and_details.htm).

    ILineStats Table (the default interval is 30 minutes)

    ILineGroupStats Table (the default interval is 30 minutes)
