Integration to multiple Salesforce Instance

  • 1.  Integration to multiple Salesforce Instance

    I have a customer asking if their PureConnect Premise can integrate to multiple (two) instances of SF.   Depending on the caller and their requirements the call would be routed to SF Instance 1 or SF Instance 2.  Wondering if this is possible, and any caveats we should be aware of?  Thanks.
