Transaction Execution Failed

    Hey community 

    I have tried for many times to delete question in survey ,,,, each time I have tried, I get this message  ("Error Deleting survey , execution Failed ")
    I tried to restart the Interaction Feedback service and also the same issue 


    could any tell me how to delete it , Warm Regards..
