​Hi!

My IVR developer team is planning to work in Genesys and in Composer in the near future. A few questions came up during our investigations, I try to ask these in separate posts to keep it simple.

In Composer, I tried to use shadow variables by enabling them in the properties.  I know that I can reference them in the Expression builder as AppState.<NameOfTheItem>$.<variable>.

Is there a list somewhere which contains the list of available shadow variables (duration, confidence, etc...) for each item from the palette what can use them?

Your help would be much appreciated! Thanks a lot!

Hi Zsolt,

As per my understanding, there is no list define​ for the shadow variables. Shadow variables like confidence, interpretation ,duration depends on the XML result you are getting from speech server. Please check the XML result and on the basis of that you can define your shadow variables.
