Hello all,
I'm trying to add a drop down menu to our main chat page where visitors can select the reason for the contacting us (ie, billing, sales, support). When they choose an option and hit the button to connect to chat, i want it to add an attribute to the the chat interaction so that the agent can see what the visitor selected when the interaction pops up on their Interaction Desktop. Is there an easy way of doing this?
