Agent name in consulted transfer?

    Our customer just upgraded from 2020 R1 to 2021 R1. Now he claims, that at a consulted transfer in Interaction Connect the name of the destination agent is no longer shown in the transfer dialog. Instead the called workgroup name is shown. Has anyone an older CIC installation and can please check what is shown there?
    (Incoming call => 1st agent => consult to workgroup => 2nd agent pick up: What is shown on the transfer dialog of the 1st agent?)
