PureConnect widgets and Dialogflow chatbot

    Hello team,

    Hope you are doing fine.

    We are exploring different chatbots solutions to our PureConnect. Now I'm working with Dialog flow and trying to make it works.

    All works fine except one thing, when I transfer chat to agent from bot and close chat window on customer side chat doesn't finished on agent side and just keep stay active.

    When I use Web_Chat widget without ChatBot all works fine, if I just close chat windows on customer side PureConnect receive exit message on 8019 port and close session for agent.

    I investigated logs for some time and see that PureConnect doesn't receive chat_exit message when I close session after chatbot, so looks like the problem with widget code or my widget-dialogflow configuration.

    I use very simple configuration:
    DialogFlow Chat Ended Identifier - end_conversation

    Maybe somebody already faced this issue and solve it.
