I can't really provide you a handler for this, but the customization point that I use to trigger this is in ACD post alert interaction.

We do this with handlers. This gist is:
- Get the users station
- Place call on behalf of users station
- manage the agents status by whether or not the callback call connected.

I have attempted this several time. Does anyone have a handler that does this on callback currently and disconnects the call back one the outbound call is completed/?
