  • 1.  Voicemail Greeting Set-Up (Non-Attendant)

    I'm looking to see if there is anyone on the PureConnect Cloud platform that uses voicemail within the platform.  I'm looking to find instructions on how to set up individual user voicemail box greetings.  This would apply to of a subset of users who will take calls as transfers from the primary call center.  I tried to find the information via the online documentation portal, but had no luck.

    In addition, if anyone knows how to include the IC Notes as part of the call log detail when a voicemail message is left, that would also be appreciated.

    Hi Barry 
    in the user's properties in the Configuration tab 
    -Mailbox User
    - click on the ... box 

    Click the search for mailbox in the following directories radio button 
    enter the name of the agent 
    click search 
    click ok 

    then have that agent go to their interaction desktop and record their prompts 
    click options 
    configurations 
    on the left-hand side click personal prompts 
    on the right-hand side click the button for recordings the out of the office message 

    As for when the VM is left this is what you see
