    Hi All,
    We have a requirement where an agent chatting should be able to send an attachment to a customer. We have used Pureconnect webchat widget for the chat functionality.

    With the standard desktop client, you are able to send an attachment to the customer. Which client are you currently using?

    The other way around requires customizations, since that's not possible out of the box.

    Currently the only way to do this would be to insert via the response management library. However 2-way file transfer for chats is currently under development and should be released sometime in the first half of 2020.

    Please let us know when the chat attachment feature development mentioned above is been taken ahead as our customer is pressing on it. Any rough time estimates...
