  • 1.  Unable to view real Time Adherence for one our units

    We have 12 units configured and cannot see real time adherence for one the newly created units.  These are configured just as the others; this units does have 10 workgroups.  Could that be an issue; we are currently running on version 2018 R1 Patch 26 so can't open a ticket with Genesys.  Any suggestions.

    Hi Cynthia - Since you mention that it is the newly created SUs that you cannot see, I'd suggest you review the user/role Security.  You'll want to look in Access Control > Interaction Optimizer > Real-time Adherence.  If you do not have the *[All] checked, you'll need to individually add the new SUs to a role, or each user.
