dears
there is a weird problem in our call center there is a specific agent he can handle interaction and do everything properly way but when he closed the call to transfer the customer to the survey
the survey is not work and the customer get stuck in survey without any voice and on the call log on the ICBM it's shows me also the call at survey
i have checked the license for this user and i have create a new survey also the same issue so i go to survey logs and i have seen the below errors , kindly find the attached
could anyone help to determine the root of this problem
