  • 1.  Campaign Sequence

    Hello, 

    I started using Campaign Sequence late in 2017 but then found out earlier last year that there was a bug and the fix will be upgrading to 2018 and up.

    I would like to find out we have the latest update on this? Or is there a way of full understating of the functionality of this aside from the online documentation... Do we have any webinars every time there is a new Dialer feature release?

    Our company would like to run multiple campaigns... automating to dial each campaign on certain time and certain number of records.

    Yes, but he did mention starting with Customer Care or an Account Executive. You can open an incident to get assistance with a sales demo or resolving questions to use the feature :)

    Hey Rechelle, 

    Sorry to hear that. Are you trying to access a particular link or what? The community's home page is community.genesys.com. We have not received errors from anyone else and the community is working for our team.

    Next step - Our vendor will encourage you to try a different browser or clear cookies/cache and try accessing the site again. If you take both of those actions and still cannot access the community, send me an email or a private message in the community with a video or some images of your experience and I'll open a case with our vendor.
