Next step - Our vendor will encourage you to try a different browser or clear cookies/cache and try accessing the site again. If you take both of those actions and still cannot access the community, send me an email or a private message in the community with a video or some images of your experience and I'll open a case with our vendor.

Hello,
I started using Campaign Sequence late in 2017 but then found out earlier last year that there was a bug and the fix will be upgrading to 2018 and up.
I would like to find out we have the latest update on this? Or is there a way of full understating of the functionality of this aside from the online documentation... Do we have any webinars every time there is a new Dialer feature release?
Our company would like to run multiple campaigns... automating to dial each campaign on certain time and certain number of records.
