  • 1.  Where can I find the KB articles now?

    I've contacted Support, but they don't understand what I'm asking.

    What is the current location of KB articles? Specifically, I'm trying to find https://my.inin.com/products/selfhelp/kb/Lists/KnowledgeBase/DisplayKB.aspx?ID=1542. Of course, the my.inin.com domain no longer exists.

    So, where are they now?

    I second this.
    I wrote a KB back in the day (circa 2012, but its still relevant) and I can't remember it exactly what the steps where, so I went back to dig for it now and no where to be found are the KB's.  Luckily with trial and error, I got it done but that KB would have saved me a few tests.

    The only one i find is now on the My Cases Page:

    https://genesyspartner.force.com/customercare/CustomerPortalMyCases

    Log into the Genesys Page --> Customer Care - Support  then click My Cases at the top. You will see Case Search and Knowledge Search.

    I've searched from there numerous times. Still not found. I've tried KB1542, 1542, ID=1542, etc. Still can't find it.
    This is ridiculous!

    What are the articles about i never had luck using numbers always had to use keywords.

    I hope you are well.

    I would like to introduce myself, my name is Phil Murray and I work in Genesys Customer Care Operations focusing on Knowledge Management.

    I have been working with Customer Care on the Support Case you raised against this issue and understand that has now been closed.  I can confirm that the KB articles are located on My Support, once logged in you can access Knowledge using the Knowledge tile and then typing your query search (Keywords)    

    In addition, once you logged into My Support, you can use the link below that will take you straight to that specific article:

    What is the CIC Processing Failed folder
