Looking to the group to see if anyone has integrated PureEngageCloud to Salesforce Desktop Lighting.
We have done this integration but have a few issues/questions related to the integration and successfully being able to get the call record attached to the Salesforce case in Case Activity with any consistency. The process seems to rely on the agent being on certain screens before closing the case and call. Wondering if anyone has or had a similar issue and how it may have been resolved.
