    HI there Genesys Community, 

    I am currently exploring the use of a 3rd party voice AI engine to enhance PureCloud's current IVR. The voice engine will be using MRCP as the protocol to communicate with PureCloud. 

    Does PureCloud supports MRCP? How does third party voicebots from other vendors do integrates with PureCloud?

    Not at this time.  You can do similar with an SBC and SIPRec.  PureCloud supports Lex for AI input and several TTS engines.  Bring your own bot technology is on the Roadmap, but I doubt it will be MRCP.
