I must admit I'm not totally clear on the problem space, but it sounds like your trying to use the MCPs as an RTP Proxy?  Wouldnt using an SBC provide better demarcation here?

Hi Jason, many thanks for your response.
Indee you are right, we are trying to use MCPs as RTP Proxy.
Using an SBC for that purpose can be of course one solution, we indeed have one SBC in front of Genesys, but still customer for internal security reasons is not happy to open  RTP ports within the branch SBC<->AgentLocations.
We are looking for a native product solution, as other vendors have in place, that allow us to use MCPs as RTP proxy without recording the endpoint.

Well nothing to stop you deploying an SBC agent side as well.
Alternatively have you considered deploying a TURN server for media relay?

About "nothing to stop you deploying an SBC agent side as well", yes technically speaking you're right, but there it involves an extra cost to the customer, u know.
I will have a look to your suggestion of deploying a TURN Server.
