Last 2 days ago, our Genesys Purecloud has updated and refresh the browser after that I can't find the scripts category in purecloud. 
Any one have idea for that?

- Click Create 
- Start typing the name of your script you want to design and then the categories will show up automatically

Or, if you mean you cannot see the Scripts category under Admin>Contact Center, make sure your user has the correct permissions:

Prerequisites

The following permissions:

• Scripter > Script > All
• Scripter > PublishedScript > Add
• Scripter > PublishedScript > View

Those are part of the Master Admin and Script Designer roles by default, so check those roles to make sure the default permissions are all in place.

An update did not remove Scripter permissions from the Master Admin role. You should look at that role under Roles / Permissions to see if perhaps someone removed the Scripter permissions.

Also look at the browser Console and Network logs to see if they show any errors loading the Admin page. That might reveal what is going wrong.

The Resource Center has articles on how to set up and gather those logs from the browser and from the Desktop App

Correct, it's most likely because you cannot modify scripts unless you have at least PureCloud 2.

What level of PureCloud license do you have? At least PureCloud 2 is required to modify scripts.
