    Interesting...when I did a Join on this community from the Communities listing, it allowed me to select the option to just receive real-time email notifications of posts.

     

    However, when I go into my Profile, click the My Account drop-down and choose Community Notifications, for that Xperience19 Community it shows No Email as my selection, and that drop-down does not have the option for just real-time notifications.

     

    A bit of a mismatch, there...I don't know what behavior will actually manifest.

    Yeah, that's not the dialog I got.

     

    I clicked the "Find Your Community" button on the main page, which gave me a list of all the communities I can access.

    https://community.genesys.com/communities/allcommunities

     

    Clicked Join next to Xperience19 Community and got

     

    I notice now that the dialog has two sections, Community Notifications which controls weekly digest, and Discussion Notifications which gives me three options:

     

    The Profile settings have a Community Notifications area which is different than the one I got when joining (though kinda similar). It also has a Topic Notifications area where I can choose similar settings to the Community Notifications in the Join dialog, but without the option to just receive real-time discussion notifications...

     

    Very confusing, for anyone who really cares ��
