Please I would like to know in Where component could be happenning the problem to begin the trobleshooting , I do not if can be a issue with the Collector ,Dbserver or statservers?

    Thanks in advance

I'd hazard a guess that there's some connectivity issues between GAX and one of your collector nodes (assuming you have a multi node architecture).  The fact the widget exists means that its unlikely to be related to DB.
    • Ensure you have configured a connection from the GAX app to each Primary Collector node and test connectivity manually if required from the GAX host.
    • Using the Developer options in your browser may expose more information in the JSON return for when the snapshot is requested by the widget.
    • If GAX with Pulse Plugin is running on separate servers to Collectors (as it will be in a multinode architecture) ensure that it can connect to the URL (assumign WebDAV) defined in the external-output-url for the collectors.
    • GAX logs may expose more information
