  • 1.  Job Manager Help after Patch

    Posted 11-30-2021 12:32
Post patch everything seemed fine but since it was the weekend not much was inbound via Job Manager.  What we are experiencing is that any Job manager that is of Category Exchange Import Job, and that import goes to a Exchange import that has a generic table mapped is failing to write to the generic table.  However a Job manger import that is of category Vendor Service is having no issues at all.

The error from our log is

    2021-11-30 08:46:59.682 ERROR GSSI.Batch.Library.BatchServiceBase - An error occurred. Message:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    The dll GSSI.Batch.Library.dll is dated 11/27/2021 8:27 a.m.

Has anyone else seen this issue or know of a fix?

I can manually import the files with no issues in exchange.

    TIA

    Brian,

Development is reviewing this in conjunction with other issues related to the new / modified schemas that support the additional data elements for Reg-F. Will let you know when we have an answer / fix.

Okay, I just didn't realize how much we depended on it and I'm swamped loading our imports manually now.  especially when they occur all hours of the day.

If there is any testing I can do that could help or run some scenarios please let me know.
I have the broken one so maybe some trial and error could help move things along.
