Revised End of Life for Version 10 SU07 and below

    We had previously announced the End of Life for older releases of Latitude V10 (Up to and including SU07) would be as of October 31st, 2021. To provide customers additional time to upgrade to the latest releases of Version 10 or to Liquid Latitude we have elected to extend the End of Life process. The revised timeline is as follows.

     

    • End of Maintenance date (Date at which no more patches or bug fixes will be provided) as of April 30th, 2022

     

    • End of Support (Date at which Care will no longer provide support) as of October 31st, 2022

     

    Again, this only effects Version 10 SU's prior to and including SU07. There is no impact to you if you are running SU08 or higher.

    We are also pleased to announce that a new release for Version 10, SU10, will be available in May 2021 and will include support for integration to Genesys Cloud contact center solution.
