Results in Interaction Recorder are inaccurate

    Hi everyone,
    I'm looking some tip or trick I'm missing in Interaction Recorder.

    I run a query in Interaction Recorder and get 73 results.
    I run the query in SQL,  and there are 55 results.

    The field causing the discrepancy is the "Interaction Analyzer Spotted Keyword Confidence"
    What I'm trying to find is where a specific Keyword has a confidence of >70%, however recorder is bring back a record if ANY of the keywords are > 70%, not just 'cobra'.


    Recorder Query


    The SQL returns the correct 55 records

    IRE.EventDate > '05-19-2020 05:00:00'
    and IRE.EventDate < '05-20-2020 05:00:00'
    and KeywordName in ('cobra')
    and IRE.KeywordConfidence >= 0.70


    I did a UNION, and that just made things even worse.
