Agent Status Widget in Dashboard

    Hi Team,

    I would like to know if multiple agents can be added in form of group in agent status widget instead of individuals agent while creating a Dashboard.

    I can add individual agents however not found any option to add them together in one go.

    Happy to see that you are posting in the community. You may have better luck getting an answer to your question by posting in the appropriate product's community. For instance, are you using Genesys Cloud? If so, I would encourage you to post in that community.

    Hello all,
    I have the same question. how to add multiple agents/users to the "dashboard widget"?
    Does it possible to add according to:
    1. Division
    2. Skill (/Skill Level)
    3. Group
    4. other?
    I didn't find the answer on https://help.mypurecloud.com/ portal
