Hmm, it seems to be a Subscribe button for the Disqus comment/conversation around the page. I've still subscribed, but I'm expecting to only receive an update if someone comments in the Disqus discussion focused on that page.

If a product updates, I would like to ensure my team is notified so we have plenty of time to review the update and related features. I don't see a handy RSS feed that I could throw in Teams on that page, but perhaps someone else knows of a better way to manage this.
