  • 1.  Missing fields in GIDB_GC_FIELD

    ICON IDB storing configuration data is synchronized with Configuration Server. The total number of fields in table GC_FIELD equals the number of fields in Configuration Server. In corresponding GIM table GIDB_GC_FIELD, some fields are missing. All jobs of GIM ran successfully. How can this issue be resolved?

    Are all fields configured at the same tenant level?  If not, is GIM assigned to all tenants?

    Have you checked if "icon_attribute" option is correctly set on the missing fields?

    Yes, "icon_attribute" is correctly set up. I raised a case with Genesys and they have given some scripts to executed in the DB for resolution of this issue.
