    Hello Community! 

    We have implemented Data Actions to query user information via REST API. I am wondering if there is a way to monitor this action and report metrics on it. Failures, latency, error codes returned back etc. I have not found anything in the resource center on this. 

    Also curious if anyone in the community has been able to utilize Datadog to monitor this?

    Two options.  Use Notifications on Users or Queues or use the new EventBridge function to pull tons of information directly off Genesys Cloud in real-time.    Information here:  About the Amazon EventBridge integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    Should be out soon.  Check with Genesys about getting on Beta.
