Sam,
Any and all of these models will work well for you. Although Genesys doesn't advocate or support any particular manufacturer, Poly (formerly Plantronics and Polycom) & Jabra were always good choices.
Ultimately it comes down to cost, and the form factor you are after. My observations:
The 400 series seem to all use a "dongle" plugged into a USB port, and that would be a likely target for breaking off (and taking the USB port with it).
When purchasing, ensure that you buy the correct configuration, as some are listed "Microsoft" and that can cause compatibility issues.
Ensure that you are choosing Monaural vs Binaural (1 ear or 2) as this can be a personal decision (Binaural can reduce distractions)
Personally I have used the CS540 and was very happy with it.
Last and certainly not least, these headsets are somewhat of an investment (meaning they are relatively expensive), please buy your headset from a reputable vendor, as you'd hate to have post-sale issues that the vendor doesn't support just to save a few bucks per headset.
Hope that Helps!

Does anyone have experience with Poly (formerly Plantronics) headsets? We're looking at a few options, curious if there's any feedback around compatibility, quality, suitability for work from home etc...
Considering these models:
W700
CS500
W400
Any insight would be appreciated.
