I have an interesting customer ask I'm trying to solve for. During a live voice interaction, they want to be able to transfer to a flow, where the caller will record a description of an event, then return to the agent. Like the functionality of a Secure Flow that returns to the agent when done. The challenge is, I need to make a recording of what the customer says (and only that bit, not the entire call), then save that recording so a storage location like an S3 bucket.
I would appreciate any suggestion to help accomplish this!
