  • 1.  EmailServeJava issues with calendar attachments

    Hi, 

    sometimes our EmailServerJava is throwing Java exceptions where downloading emails with a calendar attachment, and stops downloading the rest of emails. 

    It happens randomly, other times the emails with calendar attachments are downloaded without issues.

     EmailServerJava version 8.1.400.15

     Have you ever faced something similar?

    Hi Sonia,

    Check to see if email server is not reaching the attachment file size limit. If so, you will need to increase it assuming you have enough memory on the host, and allocated to Email Server.

    We have already checked it, and the affected emails have an attachment of only 39 KB...

    Probably is due the MIME type. You will have to open an eSR with Genesys to check the Java libraries being used at ESJ.

    not yet, we are awaiting the customer authorization to reproduce the issue.
